ANAYA FAMILY
We feel so fortunate to have discovered St. John Berchmans when our first born was only 3 years old. When our second child was born there was no doubt where she would attend school. St John Berchmans is a faith based catholic education like no other. The faculty and staff are loving and supportive. Teachers are fully accessible and flexible to help with anything and everything. Over the years our children have grown knowledgeable and it has made them the confident self-thinkers they are today. A beneficial blessing is the life long bonds we have made with our Knight families along the years.

MR. & MRS. GLASS
If you want to give your children a stellar education in a nurturing environment to become their most confident selves, I encourage you to consider sending your children to Saint John Berchmans' Catholic School.
Though it is a small school, it permits a lower student-to-teacher ratio, giving children more confidence when asking questions, engaging in group activities, and opportunities for one-on-one time with the teachers.
Teachers are passionate about seeing their students succeed through Christ. They are communicative about sharing moments of pride they see within your child – their outstanding behaviors and achievements. They know the significance of including the parents should an issue arise and do it in a courteous, approachable manner.
The teachers and faculty ensure a challenging curriculum. Each teacher integrates compassion into their teaching standards, emphasizes the importance of values, and builds leaders through their classes, lessons, and exemplary after-school classes.
Very Respectfully,
Ashley E. Glass
Prior to becoming a member of the SJB community we were struggling to find a school for our highly overactive third grader. The public school system was not responding to our child’s mistakes with the love, dignity, and respect everyone deserves. While at SJB our child continued to struggle with hyperactivity but was always tended to with love and care. He enjoyed going to school, which was not always the case with public school. He is now 20 years old and looks back on his days at SJB as happy days. His younger siblings continue to attend school at SJB. SJB is their home away from home. We are blessed to be a part of this community. -Mr. & Mrs. Peters
Eleven years ago, my husband and I selected St. John Berchmans Catholic School as the school that we wanted our children, Victoria and Joshua, to attend in order to receive a good Catholic education. Victoria graduated from 8th grade in 2019 and Joshua will be graduating from 8th grade in May 2022. Besides awesome teachers, we like the small class environment and the attention that is provided to all the students. In addition, it is a wonderful feeling when we see our children participate and be part of weekly masses, perform on special religious occasions such as the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, All Saints Day, the reenactment of Jesus’ birth and crucifixion, and praying the rosary in May to honor Mary. St. John Berchmans is the place to be for a good solid Catholic education.

The Foust Family
We are the Foust Family. My Daughter Lailah has been at St John Berchman’s Catholic School since 2017. She began her journey in Ms Gonzales’ Pre-Kinder class. The school has brought so much learning, love, and laughter to Lailah. Our decision to enroll her at SJB came as a result of the experiences that my family had previously. My sister attend SJB from 1997-2007. I attended SJB in 1989-1997. We grew up with great Catholic Education that helped shape the people we are today. I want the experience and opportunities that a Catholic Education can provide for my daughter. SJB has been home to my family for many years and we are glad to continue the tradition.
EICHELBERGER FAMILY
Our family loves St. John Berchmans’ Catholic School!!!
As a military family, this school has been our greatest blessing since moving to Texas. It is more than just a school, but a family and community. It is hard to put into words how truly amazing the SJB staff is. Mrs. Garcia (the principal) and Mrs. Hopcus (front office admin), and every single teacher there, you can tell they love their job. They have a passion for being with the children.
Mrs. Garcia is a fantastic principal and active with all the students. She has an incredible balance between rewarding and discipline. Which my two boys need! The teachers not only teach, but they personally know and LOVE my children. The teachers are involved with the boys and challenge them to become better versions of themselves, academically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. My kids are in the younger grades, but the older students are well-mannered and help my kids. They know my boys' names and help them in their classrooms. Everyone at the school knows who we are, and it just shows how close and involved the entire school is.
We have been at SJB for 2 (going on 3) years will stay as long as possible. We HIGHLY recommend this school for all ages Pk3 – 8th grade. Knowing not only that my children are safe at school but loved and valued as individuals is truly rare and 100% something you will find at SJB!

Reilly Family
We have been part of the St John Berchmans School for 6 years now. The values, sense of community, and confidence that this school instills in its students is why we continue to stay. When the girls suddenly lost their father in 2019, this school family wrapped their arms around us and provided us support and understanding in every possible way. We couldn’t have been part of a better community when our family was faced with this loss.
